...Additionally, the commanders of the Order of the Sunburst Religion are chosen from among the knights who have undergone the Baptism of Sunburst and have thus been sanctified.

As recorded at the beginning of this book, the Baptism of Sunburst is a ritual in which one’s eyes are burned away by Radiance and then healed through the power of regeneration. Through this process, each initiate is granted a vision of Radiance, uniquely shaped by their own inner convictions.

Upon completing the baptism, these sanctified individuals forge and wear the Helm of Radiance, modeled after the Radiance they have witnessed. It is said that by donning this helm, they engrave upon themselves the belief that the path they walk is the one guided by Radiance itself.

The "Helm of Radiance" relic is a piece of jewelry featuring a solid silver-crafted face of a knight commander, adorned with a brass-carved Sunburst emblem set as its visor.

According to its lore, these knights forge and wear helms shaped after the Radiance they witnessed during their Baptism of Sunburst.

They believe that by donning these helms, the blessing of light will follow them on their path.
